bought this book from Mothercare for £15 only a few month ago in order to prepare myself for the birth of my 1st baby. I found this book incredibly helpful. It answers all my questions and concerns in relation to the pregnancy and the actual delivery. There are pictures everywhere, make it very interesting to read. I would highly recommend this book to any first time mum.
