NetCare Solutions are a rapidly expanding IT Company based in Reading. Currently looking to employ a senior staff member to coordinate and manage the current services centre. The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge installing, configuring and managing Windows Server environments with strong Router, Firewall, and Backup & Disaster Recovery knowledge. Should have at least 3 years of industry experience, a car owner and live locally. Please do not apply unless you drive and live within 5 miles of Reading.

Must be a good team player with good communication and customer facing skills. Salary package is dependant on experience.

You should have experience with Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, Backup Software, and able to work to tight SLAs.

You will be supporting clients both remotely and onsite, installing new servers, migrating servers, integrating desktops, setting up networks, and monitoring.
