We require good communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly. Responsible for consistently delivering sales from the various telesales campaigns run by our client.
To maximise sales opportunities on every call and use the training/ coaching provided to strive to continually improve performance.
Should be self motivated and enthusiastic about achieving against challenging sales targets.
Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and with their Team Leader.
Ensures that all conversations with customers and potential customers are conducted courteously and professionally and seeks to strengthen the client brand brand at every opportunity. Optimises the ‘customer experience’.
Able to manage their own time effectively and organise their working day to ensure business objectives are achieved. Must be punctual.
Should strive to broaden their knowledge of SSE, our products and the industry in order to present a professional image to our potential customers.
Must be a team player, capable of working well with colleagues and helping to support new team members.
Must remain enthusiastic and driven in a role where constant rejection is inevitable
Also responsible for completing any other ad hoc duties as requested by their line manager from time to time
