Towngate Personnel are currently recruiting a Relief Chef de Partie for their client, situated just south of the centre of Reading.

Our client is a large 4 star hotel with a brigade of 6 chefs. The main restaurant has been awarded 1AA Rosette and serves 40 covers. There are also a bar area and a cafe area both serving meals - 100 covers in each.

The assignment will be ongoing until a permanent chef has been recruited, and the successful candidate must be available to start on Monday. Unfortunately accommodation is NOT available; therefore all candidates applying must be able to commute to the hotel on a daily basis. You should expect to work 40 hours or more each week, and must have your own whites and knives as well as holding a valid food hygiene certificate.
