Floating Support Worker - Temporary - Basingstoke
Pay rate: £10.00 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on type of contract LTD/PAYE)

Immediate requirement for an experiened Floating Support Worker to provide housing related support to vulnerable persons with mental health, drug & alcohol issues, helping individuals to live as independently as possible

Main duties will include:
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on budgeting and managing debts
- Accessing community services when needed e.g. doctor, dentist, benefits, agencies, job centre
- Assist the client with application for housing
- Help clients to develop a range of daily living skills

Applicants must have proven experience of providing advice on welfare & benefits, carrying out risk assessments and support plans for persons with mental health, drug and alcohol issues
Position is subject to an Enhanced CRB
Must have own transport
