Bookkeeper Finance Assistant
Job Type: Permanent, part-time based in offices in Reading. Immediate start
Hours: 8 hours per week over 2 days (Monday and Thursday)
Salary: £9 to £11 per hour (negotiable)

Role Description:
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for all the data entry onto Sage Line 50, processing and checking expense claims, credit control and preparation of VAT returns.
Specific areas of responsibility will be:
• Sales invoicing
• Purchase invoice entry
• Bank reconciliation
• Payroll reconciliation
• Foreign currency transactions
• Assisting the Finance Manager with month end schedules for the management accounts
Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful applicant will be a Sage Line 50 bookkeeper with at least 2 years experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
You should have good communication skills, be self motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
