Software Support Analyst
A leading software house based in Surrey has an immediate requirement for a Software Support Executive person to join them.
As software support executive, you will be supporting my client's software and you will be the first port of call for many of my client's users. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as the role will involve helping users with any technical problems via telephone, email and site visits.
Many of my client's customers are global and upto 25% of your time will be spent at client site in UK and abroad. Excellent presentation / client facing skills are essential.
You will have an solid understanding of IT and related technologies such as basic networking, SQL Server, MS Office skills. Any experience of the food industry would also be an advantage.
Another part of your role will be testing the software. It is essential you be numerate, methodical, analytical and happy to use your own initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company. Any development experience (C++, MFC, .NET, C#, VB, WPF, WCF, ODBC, ADO, DELPHI) experience would be a distinct advantage.
Starting salary depending on experience £ 25,000 - £28,000
The role will suit individuals currently working as Software Support Analyst, customer support, IT support, software tester, software developer and living within a commutable distance of Surrey, Guildford, Woking, Farnborough, Bracknell, Staines or willing to relocate.
