I am looking for a tidy, respectful, non-smoking professional for weekday rental of my newly purchased new build flat.

Would be ideal for someone working in the Thames Valley area or London. I myself regularly commute to London for work.

The flat is a second floor 2 bedroom property within the newly built Scholars Place development on Basingstoke Road, Reading. The following is a link to the brochure for the development:

The flat itself is plot 14, so you can see the layout for yourself.

I have only recently moved in myself so am still establishing the costs per month, so the £400 (all inclusive) detailed here is negotiable and may possibly alter depending on council tax banding, bills etc.

You would have full use of the entire flat including large shared bathroom, kitchen and all appliances/utensils, washing machine, wifi and telephone line. and would be able to leave possessions over the weekend if required.

There is only one allocated parking space per flat within the development, which i use, however there is ample non-permit on-street parking in the surrounding area.

I am a 24 year old male professional, into music and comedy and looking for a like minded easy going weekday flat mate of either sex.
