A high profile, multinational, market leading client of mine is looking for a IT Support Portuguese / Spanish speaker to join their thriving Global Help desk. You must speak fluent Portuguese / Spanish and English as well as an IT support or Helpdesk background upto 1st line level. Our client will still consider candidates who do not have commercial experience if they can show a strong understanding of IT.
The IT Support Portuguese / Spanish speaker role is based round supporting their internal software application which is used by their global client base.The day to day Support Analyst's responsibilities will include ensuring ownership of issues as per the SLA, entering relevant data into CRMS, ensure it is kept up-to-date at all times,complying with handover and escalation processes, performing User Management activities, read and address issues in the mailboxes, daily check open tickets and update accordingly, comply with QC program, providing technical ISP, Telecoms and hardware support, process development to ensure global 100% connectivity compliance and where applicable provide Extranet/ InStruct OnLine support to Project Manages and Customers by processing requests for IOL order set-up and User Registration in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate for the Heldpesk Portuguese / Spanish speaker will be a fluent Spanish / Portuguese and English speaker, have experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role. Ideally experience of working in an IT Support role or a Helpdesk role that requires Spanish / Portuguese and English languages as part of the job.
