o Create and distribute new letters and membership updates

Data & Its Management

o Data Entry / Cleaning
o Convert paperwork into an electronic form such as Excel
o Check and validate data such as address, renewal dates, and membership numbers
o Create & Enter New Electronic Membership System or Update the current system
o Design and build computerised membership management system
o Importing of the data
o Setting automatic reminders for membership renewals
o Creation of standard letters, forms & emails
o Training of users in the use the system & processes
