Scientific Technical Support Specialist required to join an every growing company to provide technical support to customers on laboratory equipment including hardware, software and application queries.

The Scientific Technical Support Specialist will work in a call centre environment providing telephone technical support and resolve customer issues on complex laboratory equipment therefore it essential that you have experience of either operating or servicing laboratory equipment ideally immunoassay or similar scientific equipment.

The role of Scientific Technical Support Specialist is predominantly telephone based and requires strong technical knowledge or a technical background in laboratory/scientific products. You will also visit customer sites and provide onsite support and training to them therefore any previous training experience is an advantage.

Candidates from laboratory, field engineering or product specialist roles will all be considered, you should have knowledge of clinical chemistry or immuno assay equipment.
