To achieve personal targets by providing opportunities for progressing people into sustained employment via progression routes as per the contract.
This will be done by:
Sourcing employer vacancies directly or through JCP LEP requirements.
Sourcing Work Placements.
Sourcing suitable progression routes such as apprenticeships and FE.
Working with colleagues to develop and run employer focused job entry programs.
Matching individuals to sourced vacancies/progression routes
Ensuring the majority of customers access further skills provision.
Produce realistic but stretching individual learning plans with the objective of progressing the learner into employment and/or further education/training
Provide IAG to employers on managing individuals and placements effectively
To support engagement activity by working with referral agencies to secure starts onto programmes
