The key purpose of this role is to provide a wealth of experience in deploying and maintaining surepay systems. Particular emphasis is place upon the knowledge of tariff control and update, and thus working closely with the customer`s legacy systems to translate to an businesses Surepay solution is critical.

Degree/ High Diploma, related to telecommunications, computer networking or equivalent.
4-5 years relevant experience in Network Operation and Maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years experience of design and solution delivery.
Excellent knowledge of Prepay services,
Surepay product set and capabilities
Good knowledge of mobile networks, in particular core elements, HLR, IN, SMS
Analytical mind with good problem solving skills and able to work independently
Good communications and documentation skills.
Flexible and adaptable outlook, self-starter.
Detailed understanding of Solutions Architecture.
Excellent understanding of ITIL / ETOM frameworks.
Experience of defining and managing the design of e2e services.
Forward looking approach and able to define strategy to deliver.
