CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER Surrey 40 HRS A WEEK DAYS ONLYThe ideal Candidate must be anRNMH or RMN Level 2.To maintain overall accountability for one of three patient services.To manage the service allocated to you, ensuring quality and care standards are met inc Care Quality Commission requirements and N.I.C.E. guidelines.To deliver a strong nursing practice and health & safety principles. To support the Director of Nursing, and assist when required. To create, implement and support a program of development in clinical practice so that high standards in patient care are met. To ensure that all staff are supported and communication and documentation is monitored.
