JOB DESCRIPTION:



• 4 Star Hotel, 1 Rosette.
• 1 restaurant, 1 bar café, and Grill restaurant which seat up to a total of 90 covers.
• Conference and Banqueting for up to 300 covers.
• There is a brigade of 15 chefs.
• This is a live out position, but close to Slough city centre and Windsor city centre and Castle.
• 24 days holiday as well as hotel group discounts.
• This would be a great position for an established Chef de partie or strong Commis chef either a corporate or private background looking for the next stage in their career.
