Pole Dance Fitness is a great cardio vascular exercise, great for muscle building, body toning, flexibility, awareness of body posture and suppleness.

Pole Dance Fitness will train every part of your body, helping to strengthen and tone you from head to toe. An alternatively refreshing and stimulating way to work out its neither repetitive or boring. Pole work helps coordination and boosts confidence as you find yourself accomplishing moves that previously seemed impossible. Plus you’ll look great doing it.

BADs Courses are running:

6 week Beginner course at John Madeski Academy of Sport & Leisure Thursday pm.

8 week Beginner and Improver courses at SportsPark University of Reading and are on their timetable, for Tuesday pm and Sunday pm

BADs have their own studio open Monday - Sunday (subject to availability).

Courses taught by a highly accredited Fitness Professional with over 20yrs experience, a qualified Sports Therapist and professional dancer. Full liability insurance also a student of the accredited Vertical Dance Pole Instructor qualification.
