Q) What type of property do you buy?

Q) Will you buy my property?
A) Without actually viewing your property, we are unable to answer this question, but so long as there is nothing structurally wrong with it then we are likely to make you an offer. If we decide that the property is not for us (e.g. if there are structural defects), then we may still be able to assist you by passing on your details to our panel of investors.

Q) How long does it take?
A) Selling your property via an estate agent takes, on average, about 6 months from when you place it on the market to when you finally complete.
