Q) What type of property do you buy?
A) We purchase nearly all types of residential and commercial property, and in any condition.

Q) Will you buy my property?
A) Without actually viewing your property, we are unable to answer this question, but so long as there is nothing structurally wrong with it then we are likely to make you an offer. If we decide that the property is not for us (e.g. if there are structural defects), then we may still be able to assist you by passing on your details to our panel of investors.

Q) How long does it take?
A) Selling your property via an estate agent takes, on average, about 6 months from when you place it on the market to when you finally complete. Q) How much can I expect to get for my property?

When you consider that it can take up to 9 months for us to sell the property on, the costs of financing the property can become quite large.

Q) How much will it cost me?
