The church is just across the road, a very popular church! The bells ring at the weekend but it’s a fairly pleasant sound! Or you stop noticing it after a couple of weeks! The park is a stone through away as well, there's a great pub/harvester in the middle of the park which is nice for a lazy stroll when you don't feel like cooking. The bus stop is also just outside the house! Also plenty of parking is available, I use to live there myself and at one point I had three cars parking there on a regular basis.
The flat isn't huge but it is SAFE Never had any trouble and also more importantly being a Victorian house, you won't hear your neighbors downstairs or across the way. Most flats in Reading are put together with MDF and you feel like you're living with a million of people thanks to the lack of any sort of sound proofing!
