Trainee Recruitment Consultant Recruiter

The role of a recruitment consultant is to proactively find and generate candidates for the clients you are working with. No previous recruitment experience is required for this role so it is perfect for sales graduates, telesales staff or anyone with minimal sales experience.
On joining this growing recruitment consultancy, you will initially be given one to one training on all areas of recruitment and business to business sales. Here you will learn how to successfully map out markets, get past gate keepers, speak to decision makers and proactively target some of the most talented professionals working in London. You will then be working on recruitment briefs for a varied and unique client base in the IT sector, from global corporates to niche boutiques.
To be successful you will be confident and articulate with a natural flair for sales. This is a competitive, target driven environment which is initially largely telephone based. You will be speaking to some of the counties most successful professionals on a daily basis so must have an excellent phone manner, resilient attitude and a determination to be successful.
If successful this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in recruitment and sales. You will be given full training from two of the industries leading professionals before taking on a recruitment desk and running it as your own business.
