Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We have a unique opportunity for a money hungry graduate to join a fast growing recruitment company in Reading.Working in a close nit team, this is an excellent opportunity for any talented salespeople who want to forge a successful career in recruitment.
The role of a recruitment consultant is to proactively generate candidates for the clients you are working with.On joining, you will initially be given one to one training on all areas of recruitment and business to business sales.Here you will learn how to successfully map out markets, get past gate keepers, speak to decision makers and proactively target some of the most talented professionals working in London.You will then be working on briefs for a varied and unique client base in the IT sector from global corporates to niche boutiques.
To be successful you will be confident and articulate with a natural flair for sales.This is a competitive, target driven environment which is initially largely telephone based.You will be speaking to some of the counties most successful professionals on a daily basis so must have an excellent phone manner, resilient attitude and a determination to be successful.
If successful this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in recruitment.You will be given full training from two of the industries leading professionals before taking on a desk and running it as your own business.Being largely commission based sales, there is the realistic opportunity for big bonuses which allows for genuine earning potential of 50K inside your first year.This can be demonstrated at interview.Other perks include a social and enjoyable working environment, regular team nights out, 1 annual company holiday abroad a year, mobile phone expenses.
