Based in their UK offices in Theale with Headquarters in the United States our client is an innovating and leading provider of computer software predominantly used by financial institutions and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. The software is designed to increase sales, heighten marketing productivity and improve company performance overall.
The Role - key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager role will require you to work closely with the Global Vice President to manage and grow accounts through liaising with the Directors and Managers of target pharmaceutical organisations. This position is very much a client facing role where you will regularly attend meetings with the sales team and you will build close working relationships with your contacts.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following specific criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Confidence is crucial with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a pressurised environment
- Influential leadership style is important
- Eager to learn
- Passion for business
- Team player
- Dedicated to forging a successful career in sales
