Team Manager required for a high profile, high volume retail brand based in the Fleet, Surrey area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and reputable supermarket chain who are market leaders with their sector in the opening of a brand new site in January 2010.

Job Description:

As the Team Manager, you will be supporting the Unit Manager in the day to day running of the business, taking the majority of the responsibility of running the shop floor. You will also have complete financial accountability in the absence of the Unit Manager. You must demonstrate the ability to motivate and drive a new team, with a practical and hands on approach. Your customer service skills and attention to detail must be impeccable.

Required Experience:

You will have a proven background in successful people management, and experience in a high volume site. Experience in retail would be advantageous, but not essential.
As a Team Manager, you will have some financial accountability, so financial and business acumen is indispensable.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £18,000 to £24,000 and an excellent benefit package, including meal allowances, and national discounts.
