H2>The CompanyRobert Half Finance & Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join this dynamic and fast paced sports manufacturing / Retail Company based near Reading.



The Role

The Management Accountant`s main purpose is to assist in the completion of various monthly tasks. to assist in the completion and integrity of the management accounts. Cash flow Management of the UK organisation and prepare internal reports the Head Office.

Key Tasks:Cash flow Management. Monitor cash flow across all accounts. Produce short & Long Term cash flow forecasts.

Foreign Exchange Processing. FX Forecasting and Hedging. Publish and maintain monthly exchange rates. Prepare seasonal product rates. Carry out revaluations across all foreign currency accounts.
Inter-company.Reconcile all inter-company accounts.

Monthly Reporting. Produce regular European and international monthly management reports. Maintain and reconcile fixed assets register. Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Post regular journals & ad hoc accruals and carry out monthly P & L review Complete accounting for all company events & conferences.

The Successful Management Accountant will have 3 to 4 years practical experience and will be a Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA (at midpoint of studies) with strong cash flow and Inter-company experience essential. Advanced Excel skills are a must.



Salary & Benefits

£25,000-£30,000 + Bens + study Support
