Looking for a Head Chef for a busy restaurant in Reading town centre.

You will need to have some experience in working in a senior chef's position and ideally you will have lots of experience with pizza making, as this place is proud to say that their pizzas are one of the best in Reading!

You will need to be available for day and evening shifts from Monday to Saturday and to be able to work one Sunday out of 3 or 4.

All the management for the restaurant, including the kitchen is done by the General Manager, so you do not need to do this but you will be responsible for a team of chefs and will need to make sure that all the food is cooked up to the high standard and is served within reasonable time.
