On Boarding Analyst Customer Service
ON BOARDING ANALYST/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Slough
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000
Contract Type: Initial 12 month Contract

The COMPANY
Our client is a provider of B2B managed services and solutions. Integration of B2B traffic into business processes and systems is crucial to the delivery of measurable benefits and is a core competence of our client.
The ROLE
The On Boarding Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our customer's clients supply chain is integrated quickly and efficiently into their B2B portals, and that their ongoing needs and expectations are met in full. The Person will need to liaise with the client's customers and suppliers to train and onboard them within a tight Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Understand client requirements and ensure relevant internal teams are engaged to meet them.
* Understand client systems, hosting environments and connectivity options.
* Coordinate integration effort including software release, documentation, access to support tools, maintenance of a project plan, resolution of client queries, management of product enhancement requests and updating Training and other documentation.
* Attend regular client meetings and provide regular status updates to the business.
* Maintain records of client contacts
* Maintain relationships with third party service providers
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
* Must have experience of CRM systems and ERP systems like JD Edwards, Oracle or similar
* Educated to degree level
* Travelling to Client and other sites may be required. Full UK driving Licence is required.
* Technically aware
* Presentable
* Able to communicate (oral and written)
* Good administrator, a self-starter, and hardworking.
* Able to manage our client's e-business on boarding requirements.
