Human Resources Administrator (part-time maternity cover)

The Nike Group is a privately owned Limited Company. It encompasses a wide range of businesses from the luxury Coppid Beech Hotel through to ski slopes, ice rinks, car dealerships and manufacturing.

We are currently looking to recruit a confident, helpful and articulate part-time Human Resources Administrator to cover maternity leave.

Working 16 hours a week (over 2 days, typically Thursdays and Fridays) this position will initially be on a fixed term contract of 6 months and will be reviewed for the possibility of extension or to a permanent position.

You will be supporting the Human Resources Team in providing highly efficient secretarial/administration duties including new starter and leaver correspondence, write letters and reports, updating internal databases and assisting the team with project work.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, with a good eye for detail with typing speeds in the region of 60 wpm. Ideally you will have worked in an HR office for 2-3 years however this is not essential.

It is essential that you are flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask.

Qualified to A level equivalent or higher, the role will encompass all adminstration, within the department, with a possiblity of becoming involved in some recruitment aspects such as telephone screening/interviews.
