We are currently looking to recruit a meticulous and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator. The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact with clients and candidates and provide a full and varied administrative support to the Account Managers.
Duties will include:
- To meet and greet customers in reception and deal with their enquiries
- To coordinate candidate registration e.g. application forms, ID etc and organise any IQ/ keyboard tests for candidates
- To ensure that the office area is kept tidy and portrays a professional image
- To answer the telephone, direct calls and take accurate telephone messages
- To receive and process all emails
- To process and complete all administration e.g. letters/emails to candidates/clients, mail shots, references etc
- To follow company procedures to comply with ISO standards, EAA regulations and legislation requirements
- To deal with queries from candidates and clients or escalate to Consultants
- Assist Account Managers in logging all new posts
- General Admin duties
Candidates must have previous administration experience, together with excellent IT/ Communication skills.
You MUST have an excellent telephone manner and be extremely presentable.
