An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Sous Chef/Jr Sous Chef at this Country House Hotel in Berkshire. The Property is part of a boutique hotel group and are currently looking for a Sous Chef to work within their busy and progressive kitchen. Offering a salary up to 24k and extensive training, development and progression this is an exciting opportunity not to be missed!

Job Description
The Sous Chef/Jr Sous will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef to run the kitchen to the high standards expected. Working as part of a quality driven brigade good communication skills are key along with the drive to want to progress.

Required Experience
The candidate will already be in a Sous Chefs/Jr Sous Chef role, have a stable background and be looking for their next challenge. The chosen Sous Chef/Jr Sous Chef will have previously worked within a rosette accredited property. Previous conference and banqueting experience would be beneficial. Ideally they require a good all- rounder who is hungry to work in a quality driven environment working to the highest standard.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Sous Chef/ Jr Sous Chef will be offered a salary of up to 24,000 along with a good shift pattern. Additional benefits of this role include the opportunity to develop further skills and progress.
