Sales Manager - Modular Buildings
Southern Region (South of M4 + London)
£25,000 to £30,000 - OTE £50K Plus (and Car and Benefits)

We are seeking an experienced construction sales person to join a modular building manufacturer with plans for significant growth and development. They are seeking an experienced sales professional that can help develop sustainable and profitable new business areas in modular building / construction, park homes / cabins / lodges and similar areas - both on sales and hire. They continue to achieve growth and new orders based on a proactive approach, a professional team and exceptional quality levels. This role is a key part of continuing with this.

We are seeking target driven new business developers who are also able to develop and nurture business relationships longer term. You will need to bring a structured and accountable outlook to your work and be familiar with building a sustainable pipeline of future new business. This is very much an involved, technical, solutions lead sales process. You could  have involvement with a number of different parties including Local Authorities, Client organisations, Architects, and Contractors.

Ideally you will have a track record of success in the sale and hire of modular buildings to the construction sector, though similar related backgrounds will be considered.

You will bring excellent team working skills to the business, in coordinating with all involved parties, as well as huge drive and determination to succeed in a lucrative though competitive market.

Benefits package structured to enable earnings in excess of £50,000 per year, plus car and expected package. Excellent bonus scheme based on paying 2% of building value means that OTE of £50K plus is very achieveable.
