This exciting and well established Telecomms giant are currently looking to expand their Support and Engineering teams with an additional Systems / Support Engineer.
The role will take responsibility for providing outstanding support (phone, email, chat) to customers and partners around the world for a range of exciting technology solutions. You will be the direct point of contact for a number of high profile clients providing support for issues surrounding software and hardware solutions in addition to staying up to date with current technologies and trends with a view to becoming an industry expert. There will be some travel involved with the role and also out of hours support on a rota basis.
Ideally degree educated you will have a strong background in Telephony based solutions with a good understanding of ISDN and VoIP (ideally SIP/RTP/SRTP etc) and a CCNA networking based skill set. In addition Windows networking and administration is ideal with experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows 2003 server.
Salary £30-45k
