We are currently looking for a Qualified Financial Accountant.

The role covers financial and management accounting responsibilities for the central management company including balance sheet maintenance.

The key areas of accountability are as follows:

1. Financial management for the companies balance sheet; this includes JDE system maintenance; intra group transaction control; and related tax reporting; fixed asset register management.

2. Monthly management reporting for accruals and prepayments; includes the identification of risks and opportunities related to cost centre activity.

3. intra group relationship management; includes intra group trade payables/receivable, management fees, other profit and loss items.

4. Develop initiatives to support and promote Accounts activities; for 2009 the team has 26 initiatives to develop and deliver.

5. Support the Finance Director - Accounting Services as required
