The current menus are a British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with contemporary twists.

Ideally the successful candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments (at least1 Rosette level preferred) as Chef de Partie and possess good organisation/communication skills and have the desire and determination to help take the business to an even higher level.
