Customer Service Advisor

Our client is currently seeking a professional and skilled Customer Service Advisor / Sales Order Processing Clerk to join their busy and established team. This is a full time position working for a lively, creative and fun company supporting the entertainment industry and is based in Wallingford.

Duties include:
- Taking and inputting orders over the telephone from a large amount of customers
- Liaising with the warehouse with regards to orders as well as chasing the orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Dealing with credit card payments from customers and dealing with any associated paperwork
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints
- Attending and representing the company at regular trade shows

Applicants will need to be well-presented and professional as you will be ask to attend regular trade shows as well as roadshows.
You will need to be confident and happy to deal with people at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background. You will need to be a team player and able to work under pressure as you will be working as part of a small and busy team. Good working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Salary - £18,000 - £19,000
