I am looking for a chef de parti to support the kitchen & be part of the small team, must be able to work alone on all sections 10-20 covers a service cooking good quality rustic pub food. we make everything in house apart from the norm of ice creams and bread.

salary up to £17k paid for the right chef, accommodation available @ negotiable rate, includes all bills (excludes phone), food & internet
Straight & split shifts where necessary
