Spacious 2 bed flat
I have a spacious 2 bed ground floor flat which I am looking to exchange for a 2 bed house/flat in the West Reading area.
My current flat is perfectly located close to doctors, schools, shops, and is a 3 min walk to the bus stop. There is a large lining room, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and mixer shower, and kitchen. There is also communal parking for the block and a shared garden (where there is also private sheds).
I am looking to exchange for a 2 bed house/flat, preferably with a private garden (I have a 4 year old), close to schools and a good bus route. Parking is not essential but would be more convienient.
