SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

A Woking based highly regarded and well established Company, with an excellent presence and reputation in estate agency require a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Successfully carryout Market Appraisals
Regularly liaise with applicants, tenants and landlords in relation to their requirements
Match suitable properties to applicants requirements
Arrange and attend viewings
Negotiate lets
Canvass for new business
Meet and exceed targets
Exceed customer expectations
Low level administration

To be considered for this role you MUST have:
� A proven track record in lettings with at least two years experience
� Be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner
� Be target driven and self motivated
� Local area knowledge is preferred
� Have a full drivers license
� Excellent customer relations
� Be well presented, professional, pro-active and forward thinking
� A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role
� IT Literate (we use Aspasia)
