Senior Financial Compliance Administrator
Based within Woodlands and reporting to the Assistant Director Treasury and Development Finance.
Main Purpose
Contributes to the work of the Group Treasury and Development Finance team with particular responsibility for ensuring that the compliance requirements of all Loan Agreements in place across the Group are fully fulfilled, and that the team`s treasury and development finance transactions are accurately processed and records are appropriately maintained.
Key Accountabilities
1. Contribute to the work, priorities, and progress of the Treasury and Development Finance team in its support to the delivery of Sovereign Group objectives..
2. Responsible for delivery of the covenant compliance requirements for all Group loan agreements and hedging arrangements including interest payments, management reporting, and all other informational covenants to ensure that regular returns are submitted at the appropriate time, and that we fulfil our obligations in relation to loan covenant reporting and other Agreements.
You will demonstrate the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders throughout the organisation and externally with lenders to ensure a constantly high level of compliance.
Education/Qualifications/Experience
Degree level education or equivalent through relevant training/experience.
Compliance management experience essential within a highly regulated area.
Financial governance experience required.
Knowledge and understanding of corporate loan agreements desirable.
Law degree or banking experience highly desirable
Advanced Excel and financial system experience essential.
