We have a lovely double room which will be available towards the beginning of August. The room is large, spacious and fully furnished, including a king-sized bed and laminate floor.

Sharing with three sociable, friendly professionals in their mid 20s. Two girls and one guy so ideally we are looking for another guy for balance.

The house is equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, wireless broadband, alarm etc). Lots of storage space and a large enclosed garden - great for summer BBQs!

Unfortunately there are no on street parking permits available. The house is only a 5 mins walk from the Town Centre and 10 mins walk to the Station.

Rent £375 pcm + share of bills.
