I have a furnished double room with King bed & own Sky box to let from June on a short term basis min of 2 weeks max 6 months.

The room is in a 3 bed/3 storey victorian terrace, just 5 mins walk from the Oracle and about 15 mins from the train station. The house is fully furnished, seperate kitchen/dining room, sky+, Decked garden with BBQ facilities, Utility room, Large bathroom with seperate shower & Spa bath.

The house is owned by myself (Susan, 30 yrs old) and my partner also lives there (Oli 29yrs old)
Must like Dogs - as we have one (springer spaniel)he is very soft.
There is no parking facility - all parking permits taken, sorry!
Smoking restricted to garden/kitchen in bad weather.

Ideally suit professional person male or female. Couples considered, but additional fee would apply.

Price is inclusive of bills.
