Great opportunity exists to work in telesales for one of Berkshire's Largest and Liveliest Call Centres who due to massive growth urgently require 10 Call Centre Agent / Telesales / Customer Service professionals for a number of new high profile client campaigns on a temp to permanent contract.

The role starts at £7.57 to £8.48 per hour plus commission uncapped (average £150 per week) so the best telesales agents have the opportunity for earnings which reflect their performance.

These telesales and call centre roles would be suitable for anyone:

* with Call Centre Agent / Telesales / Customer Service experience
* as trainees who are looking to get into sales or telesales
* who are enthusiastic with a great telephone manner

The telesales role will involve inbound and outbound calling to existing customers offering them extended policies or maintenance cover. There is NO cold calling involved so this role offers a great first step into sales for graduates or trainees.

There are also trainee positions for Call Centre Agent / Telesales / Customer Service people with no experience, trainees are welcome if they are confident, outgoing, good at rapport building and want to work in a targeted environment and earn for their sales performance.

As well as uncapped commission and a competitive basic rate - friendly working hours are Shifts Monday-Thursday 12-8 Friday 11-7. So no weekends or late nights are required. The opportunity exists for permanent work for the right candidates.
