Two rooms are available currently - a single bed (basement room) and a double bed on the 1st floor facing the road.
The rent is £280 per month for the single room and £300 per month for the double bedroom plus bills. All bills will be equally divided between all members of the four rooms averaging to about £50 a month depending on usage.
This accomodation is ideal for clean and tidy professionals who are considerate of others.
The current inmates are warm and friendly professionals. There is a working couple in one room and a guy in the other room.
