Middleware Database Developer - Informix

Working with the rest of the Middleware Database team, the role is responsible for the design, development, testing, delivery and some support of the IPTV middleware database platforms and supporting data integration layer, including: Informix versions 11.50 & 9.4 (including administration, schema design and stored procedure development); MySQL 5.1; AB Initio; Oracle 10.2. Provides day-to-day support of the development database and Ab Initio platforms and 3rd line support of production database / middleware platforms; Designs database and program modifications from supplied specifications; Plans, designs and conducts both automated and manual tests of programs and implementation scripts. Using CASE tools, ideally PowerDesigner; Good shell scripting capabilities

You must possess: Administration and development of Informix databases including schema design and stored procedures; MySQL 5.1 administration; high-end ETL / data integration platform; Ab Initio development; UNIX / Linux development environment; Java / C++ / Esql/C development experience.
