A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at this 125 Room Hotel with a 1 Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant and Brasserie in Basingstoke using only the finest fresh ingredients to high standards. The current menus are a British and international mix of familiar ingredients and dishes with contemporary twists.

Ideally the successful candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments, (Rosette level preferred but not essential) as Chef de Partie and possess good organisation/communication skills and have the desire and determination to climb the career ladder.

In return, the successful candidate will be offered an excellent package including an attractive salary, Live-in accommodation if required and great future prospects .
