we have a room available from July 08 to July 09. This is a student house on Southampton Street, 15 mins walk from Uni (shinfield road entrance), 10 minute walk to town, Nice studenty area with lots of takeaways/shops/pubs etc..

The room is single but easily spacious enough to fit a double bed. The rent is £260 per month plus bills. The house is nice and roomy, with 2 toilets, kitchen with all mod cons, and fair sized back garden.

Not too fussy about who lives with us as long as theyre not uber-up-tight .. Student would be preferred. We're a chilled out, sound bunch...3 guys and 1 girl, so no preference as to girl or guy.
