Hi. I am looking for a family to nanny share with in Newbury, Berks.
I have employed a nanny on a share basis for the last year and it has been amazing, unfortunately the other family no longer need a nanny and the nanny is moving to a part time job so I'm on the hunt for a new share family and nanny.
I have one child (girl) aged almost 3 and I need care from 08:30am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. I have a lovely big house with lots of space for children including a seperate play room and enclosed walled gardens. I am happy for the share families children to come to my house or for my child to go to their house or a mix of both which is how it has worked with my current nannyshare.
My current nanny is leaving at the end of October so I will need a new nanny in place by 02nd November.
Money wise, it works out about the same as a full time place in nursery but for me a nanny is much more convenient, flexible and able to offer more individual care and take the children on outings, swimming, classes, groups etc. I already have a nannytax payroll company in place who take care of all the payroll stuff and send me invoices ever quarter for me to pay the income tax and NI contributions to HMRC. They also sorted out a contract for the current nannyshare which is very thorough.
It would be great to hear from anyone in Newbury/surrounding area in a similar situation who might be interested in a nannyshare.
