Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer My client a manufacturing company who are based in Berkshire and are commutable from Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Thatcham, Newbury, Reading and the surrounding areas have a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical biased engineer to work as part of a team of engineers. The role will involve working as part of the team to perform planned preventative maintenance and react to breakdowns on a range of machinery which includes high speed manufacturing, labelling, conveyor belt systems and packaging machinery as well as plant, boilers,heating cooling etc
The right candidate for this role will come from an electrical background and be multi-skilled with recognised qualifications such as City and Guilds, ONC or equivalent. You should have served a formal apprenticeship, in addition to this having worked with PLC controls would be advantageous.
The right candidate MUST have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and must allso be able to work a shift pattern,
The shifts are
1 week 6-2 M/F
2 week 2-10 M/F
3 week 10-6 nights
4 week 8-4 days Tues/Sat
