Assistant Food and Beverage Manager required for our client - a hotel in Berkshire

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth day to day running of the food, beverage and conference / banqueting departments within this hotel along with your team.

Previous experience within these departments at an operational and supervisory level is required. A hands on approach is also essential. Training and management of your team are very important factors to ensure company standards are maintained.

Salary for this role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is £15,000 - £16,000 / per annum / live out (temporary accommodation may be available to relocate)
