Our client is a large grounds maintenance company with various contracts around the UK they now require a Senior Contracts Manager for their Housing Association client, you will need to develop an existing long term partnership. In this key role you will be responsible for the day to day strategic decisions of the contract and will be involved in both close client and resident liaison managing their expectations whilst improving productivity on the contract.
You will have significant experience gained within a grounds maintenance environment and experience within a senior management role. Self motivated with proven leadership skills, you will demonstratable ability to motivate staff. Your excellent communication skills coupled with a keen commercial awareness will ensure that you develop and maintain excellent and effective relationships with our client.
You will be qualified to a NDH/NCH/NVQ Level 4 standard in Amenity Horticulture or similar, you will need to demonstrate an understanding and experience of current issues with managing and developing contracts for housing providers and/or housing associations. A full driving licence is essential.
