I have recently completed my Medical Tattooing training with Finishing Touches and need some models for my portfolio.

Medical Tattooing can be used to camouflage scars of any size. Firstly I would use a dry needling treatment called MCA (Mulitirepannic Collagen Actutation) on the scars to stimulate the body's natural melanin (skins colour). If after 3-4 treatments there is no response I would use a matching skin coloured pigment to camouflage the scar with my specialised needle. MAC works on most skin 80% of the time.

I would spend an hour per treatment on the scar and would only charge £50 per treatment. You'd normally spend up to £350 in clinics. Obviously if you have a larger scar you'd need to have several 1 hour treatments.

Medical tattooing can also be used on ladies who have had breast reconstruction and need an areola created (see photos) plus the white scars from surgery.

It can be used on burns, simulate hair for bald patches cleft lips and stretch marks.
