Implementation Mgr Junior Project Mgr Project Coordinator
One of my top clients is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to work in the Implementation Management team. The Junior Project Manager will contribute to the effective design of a viable helpdesk model by ensuring that contingency plans are in place and these are regularly reviewed to mitigate risks as the project rolls out. The Implementation Manager will take ownership of project deliverables from design to implementation. This role is based in Bucharest, fluent English language skills are essential to this position. Additional responsibilities for the Project Co-ordinator role will be:
To prepare and implement a planned set of activities to achieve the project scope to timescale, budget and quality specification.
Interface closely with key members of helpdesk management team to ensure project deliverables are agreed, understood and achieved.
To contribute to the effective management of project team activities and resources by liaising closely with key line management personnel to ensure problems are identified and resolved at an early stage.
Represent client and project team at internal meetings.
Attend clients meetings as and when required to discuss project roll-out, reports, SLA's and metrics.
Lead by example and provide support to colleagues and project team.
Provide leadership and support to the helpdesk analysts.
